Occasionally we need to look like the lighter side of things. We used to hold on to the "An Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away" concept, I am sure some of us still do. I am not saying this is not true, I do admit it is a fact. I'm just saying it's not practical. Firstly, apples are expensive these days. Then again, what's not ? Everything is !!!
